Transfer Applicants: How to Apply

If you are interested in transfer admission to the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, the following checklist will help make the process as clear as possible.

Applications may only be submitted online using the Common Application (CA) or the Universal College Application (UCA). Select forms may be submitted online or mailed.

This form is completed by instructors in the courses in which you are currently enrolled. If midterm grades are not available to submit with your application, the Mid-Term Report should be submitted as soon as possible after grades are available.
